Tradesman using a drill during a home repair
TX Repairs & small jobs · Mansfield & DFW

Handyman servicesin Mansfield, TX.

Bring us the whole list, not just the one thing. Most homeowners are sitting on a dozen small jobs, and one scheduled visit is far cheaper than a dozen separate call-outs.

The list

The jobs nobody else will show up for.

Most contractors will not quote a two-hour job. That is exactly why these things sit undone for years. We would rather do six of them in an afternoon.

Drywall & patching

Straight talk

How handyman pricing actually works.

Small-job pricing confuses people, and some outfits rely on that. Here is the honest version so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.

Build your estimate online
There is a trip charge, and we say so up front

Driving out, parking, carrying tools in and diagnosing costs real time whether the job takes ten minutes or four hours. Every honest handyman has this cost. Some hide it inside an inflated first hour. We would rather show it to you and let you judge.

One visit with six jobs beats six visits with one

The trip is paid once. Batching your list is the single easiest way to lower what you spend with us, which is why we ask what else needs doing rather than only quoting what you called about.

Small jobs sometimes uncover big ones

A running toilet occasionally turns out to be a rotten subfloor. When that happens we stop, show you, and price the real repair separately rather than quietly patching over it and leaving you the problem.

Some things we will tell you to call a specialist for

Gas lines, panel work, sewer lines and anything requiring a licensed HVAC or master electrician sign-off. We would rather send you to the right person than take the money and do it badly.

How it works

Text us the list. Really.

The fastest route to a number is a photo and a sentence. Most repair jobs do not need a site visit to quote roughly.

01

Send the list

Call, text or use the form. Photos help enormously. Tell us everything, including the things you assume are too small to mention.

02

Rough price back

We give you a realistic range for the visit before we come out, so you can decide whether the whole list is worth doing at once.

03

One scheduled visit

We arrive with the parts and the tools for the whole list, work through it, and clean up after ourselves.

04

You check the work

We walk the list with you before we leave. Anything not right gets sorted on the spot.

Where we work

Repairs across Mansfield and nearby.

Based in Mansfield. For small repairs, being genuinely local matters more than for a remodel, because it is the difference between this week and next month.

Questions

Handyman questions, answered straight.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, there is a trip and setup charge, and we tell you what it is before we come out rather than after. It covers the drive, the tools and the diagnosis. This is why we always ask what else is on your list: the trip is paid once whether we do one job or seven.

Do you do really small jobs?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Most contractors will not quote two hours of work, which is exactly why these jobs sit for years. Bring us the whole list and it becomes one efficient visit instead of a dozen phone calls nobody returns.

Can you give a price over the phone?

For most common repairs, a realistic range, yes. Text a photo and a sentence about the problem and you will usually get a useful answer without anyone driving anywhere. Anything structural, hidden behind a wall, or involving water damage needs eyes on it before we would quote a real number.

What if the small job turns out to be a big one?

We stop and show you before spending your money. A running toilet is occasionally a rotten subfloor, and a damp baseboard is occasionally a supply leak inside the wall. You will get the real diagnosis, a separate price, and the choice, rather than a patch over the top of it.

Is there anything you will not do?

Gas lines, electrical panel work, sewer line replacement and anything that needs a licensed HVAC or master electrician sign-off. We will tell you who to call. Sending you to the right specialist costs us a job and keeps your house safe, which is the correct trade.

How fast can you get out here?

Usually within a few days for repair work, and sometimes same week for anything actively leaking or unsafe. Call or text rather than emailing if it is urgent.

Send the whole list

Text us your honey-do list.

Seriously, send the whole thing. Photos are ideal. We will come back with a realistic number for the visit before anybody drives out.
