Kitchen remodeling
Cabinet replacement or refacing, countertops, backsplash, sinks and faucets, lighting and appliance fit. From a weekend-scale refresh to a full gut with a moved wall.

Kitchens, floors, trim, paint, doors and windows. Whole-home work sequenced so your family can keep living in the house while it happens.
Some clients hand us a kitchen. Some hand us a list that covers every room. Both are normal, and both get the same written scope.

Cabinet replacement or refacing, countertops, backsplash, sinks and faucets, lighting and appliance fit. From a weekend-scale refresh to a full gut with a moved wall.
02
Luxury vinyl plank, tile, hardwood and carpet, including the subfloor prep and levelling that decides whether a floor still looks right in five years.
03
Proper prep, patching and caulking before a drop of paint goes on. Whole interiors, single rooms, exteriors, cabinets and trim.
04
Holes, cracks, water damage and failed tape, retextured to match what is already there so the repair disappears instead of announcing itself.
05
Baseboards, casing, crown, wainscot, shelving and built-ins. The detail work that makes a room read as finished rather than merely painted.
06
Interior and exterior door replacement, thresholds, weatherstripping and hardware. Often the cheapest fix for a room that has never felt quite right.
Kitchens are the easiest room to overspend in and the easiest to be misled about. These four decisions account for most of the difference between quotes.
Build your estimate onlineCabinets are usually the largest single line in a kitchen. If the boxes are solid, refacing or new doors and paint can transform the room for a fraction of replacement. If the layout is wrong or the boxes are particleboard that has swollen, replacing is the honest answer. We will tell you which you actually have.
Opening a kitchen to a living room is the change people most want and the one that costs the most, because it can involve structure, electrical and sometimes a load path. It is often worth it. It is never cheap, and any quote that treats it as trivial is one to question.
The jump from laminate to quartz or granite is significant, and the fabrication and template stage adds a week or two to the schedule that people rarely plan for. The material decision is also a schedule decision.
A faster kitchen costs more, because it means more trades on site at once and tighter coordination. A slower one costs less and tests your patience. We will lay out both honestly and let you pick, rather than quietly assuming which one you meant.
Most of our clients stay in the house throughout. That is a sequencing problem, and sequencing is the part we actually get paid for.
We go room by room, separate the must-haves from the nice-to-haves, and talk about what your budget genuinely covers before anyone commits.
A written, itemized scope with allowances for the things you are still choosing, so a change in tile does not become an argument later.
We work in a sequence that keeps a kitchen or a bathroom usable wherever possible, contain the dust, and clean the site daily because you are still living in it.
We walk every room with you and work the punch list until there is nothing left on it.

Almost always, and most of our clients do. It changes how we sequence the work rather than whether we take it. We contain dust at the source, protect floors and walkways, keep at least one bathroom and some form of kitchen usable wherever the scope allows, and clean the site every day.
Yes. Kitchens, flooring, paint, trim, drywall, doors, windows and whole-home refreshes. The advantage of one contractor across all of it is that nobody gets to blame the other trade when something does not line up.
It is a real DFW range for the scope you select, not a lead-capture gimmick, and it is deliberately shown before we ask who you are. Your firm number comes from a free walkthrough, because no web form can see the condition of your subfloor.
Yes. Some clients have a tiler or an electrician they already trust, or want to do the demo and painting themselves to save money. That is fine. We will scope around them and say plainly where the handoffs and the risks are.
In writing, before we do them. A change order names what changed, what it costs and what it does to the schedule, and you approve it before anyone picks up a tool. The final invoice should never be the first time you see a number.
